Mrs. Ruby (Ezell) Lancaster, age 85, of Cadiz, Ky., died Saturday, August 14, 2010, at Shady Lawn Nursing Center in Cadiz, Ky. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by her One Son, Larry Lancaster of Nashville, Tenn. and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in Death by: Husband-Otis Lancaster, Father-Richard Ezell, Mother-Ollie (Wyatt) Ezell - Mize, Four Brothers-Ewing Ezell, Jesse Ezell, Frank Ezell and RD Ezell, Three Sisters-Lillie Thomas, Ida Mae Daugherty and Lois Barnes. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050, Cadiz, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, August 15, 2010. Funeral service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home of Cadiz, KY at 2:00 PM Monday, August 16, 2010 , Larry Lancaster, Lay minister at Episcopal Cathedral in Nashville, TN officiating. Interment will be at Trigg Memory Acres in Cadiz, Ky.
