Ronald Douglas Smith, age 67, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at Shady Lawn Nursing Center in Cadiz, KY. Mr. Ronald Douglas Smith was of the Baptist Faith, he was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was survived by Two Sons & Daughter In Law Ronnie & Lorri Smith, Crestwood, KY and Steven Smith, Bowling Green, KY, Brother Tim Smith, Bowling Green, KY Five Grandchildren and One Step Grandchild. He was preceded in death by his Parents Randolph & Helen Hendricks Smith, his Wife Janice Smith, and Three Brothers Gerald Smith, Richard Smith and Michael Smith.
