Mr. Neel PASSED AWAY AT 2:28 PM, on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY
He WAS A MEMBER OF St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Paducah and the Knights of Columbus and also a member of the Propeller Club. Mr. Neel was self employed in the river industry.
