Joan Stringer, age 73, of Cadiz, KY, died Tuesday, November 09, 2010, at her home in Cadiz, KY. Mrs. Stringer was retired form the state of Wyoming as a drug and alcohol counselor. She was survived by: Husband - Carl Stringer, Cadiz, KY, One Son - Randy Stringer, Beaumont, TX, Three Daughters - Stacy Webb, Crofton, KY, Tammy Steele, Clarksville, TN and Christy Caruthers, Sugarland , TX, Ten Grandchildren- Austin Stringer, Natalie Johns, Tad Abukuppeh, Jordan Stringer, Nadia Abukuppeh, Tyler Lankford, Amber Lankford, Davis Caruthers, Cole Caruthers and Blake Caruthers. She was preceded in death by: Father - Jim Ruthaford, Mother - Margie Ruthaford and One Brother - Gary Ruthaford. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday, November 12, 2010. There will be no funeral service.
