Norma Allen Cook, age 73, of Hopkinsville, Ky., died Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Ky. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and she was a Homemaker. She was also a member of Bainbridge Homemakers. She is survived by her husband Jack Cook, Hopkinsville, KY one daughter, Teresa Keeling of Todd Co., Ky., two sons, Lowell Cook of Huntsville, Ala. and Robert Cook of Bowling Green, Ky., two sisters, Lois Duquenne of Baton Rouge, La., and -Nancy Bruce of Taylorsville, Ill., three brothers, Richard Allen of Tampa, Fla., Dale Allen of Leesburg, Fla., Ray Allen of Duncan, S.C., six grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents Joe Henry & Mabel (Oathout) Allen and two brothers Robert Allen and Loren Allen. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050, Cadiz, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, January 17, 2010. Funeral service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home of Cadiz, KY at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 18, 2010, Reverend Franklin Skaggs and Reverend John Arvin will be officiating. Interment will be at Adams Cemetery in Trigg County, Ky. Memorial contributions can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation 1501 North West 9th Ave., Miami, FL 33136
