Lennie Meredith Pepper, age 53, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at her residence in Trigg County, KY. Mrs. Pepper was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She had worked as a RN at Triig County Hospital and Jennie Stuart Medical Center. She is survived by her Husband Randy Pepper, Cadiz, KY, Mother Sarah Meredith, Cadiz, KY, Son Jonathan Pepper, Murray, KY, Three Brothers Johnny Meredith, Rory Meredith, and Gary "Corky" Meredith, Cadiz, KY, and a Nephew Billy Wayne Meredith, Hodgenville, KY. She was preceded in death by her Father Billy Ray "Monkeyhead" Meredith. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM Thursday, October 27, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, October 28, 2011 with the Reverend Albert Clardy officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Cemetery in Trigg County, KY.
