Lacy Allen, age 69, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2011, at Shady Lawn Nursing Center in Cadiz, KY. He is survived by his Sister Mary Birdsong, Cadiz, KY, Nephew Jason Birdsong, Madisonville, KY and Nieces Karen Thorpe, Cadiz, KY and Teresa Birdsong, Hendersonville, TN., Five Great Nieces and Nephews Stephanie Thorpe, Zachary Thorpe, Abby Birdsong, Jared Birdsong & C.J. Adkins. He was preceded in death by his Father Bud Thomas & Mallie Pearl Allen, Brother William Allen and Sister Mavis Allen. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM till 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 10, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 10, 2011 with the Reverend Irvin Darnall officiating. Burial will follow at the House Cemetery in Trigg Co., KY.
