Jerry "Shaker" Bush, age 67, of Cadiz, KY, passed away Friday, August 5, 2011, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. Mr. Bush was retired from the Grocery retail business as an attendent and he was a member of East Cadiz Baptist Church. He was survived by: Wife - Janice Underhill Bush, Cadiz, KY, Two Sons & Daughter-In-Law- Patrick & Kellie Bush, Cadiz, KY, Cory Bush, Cadiz, KY, One Brother - Gene Bush, Cadiz, KY, Five Sisters - Betty Hawkins, Evansville, IN, Brenda Dewald, Louisville, KY, Janice Ochoa, Corona, CA, Rubye Moore, Hopkinsville, KY & Joyce Farmer, Gracey, KY, Two Grandchildren- Tanna Bush & Brady Bush. He was preceded in death by: Father - Clarence Bush & Mother - Claudia Pearl Hendricks Bush. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 07, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Monday, August 08, 2011 with the Reverend Norman Cotton & Reverend Ronnie Sivells officiating. Burial will follow at East Cadiz Baptist Church Cemetery in Cadiz, KY.
