Herbert Braboy, age 88, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2011, at Shady Lawn Nursing Center in Cadiz, KY. Mr. Braboy was of the Baptist faith. He was a farmer and a member of Cadiz Masoinic Lodge #121 and a former member of the Riding Club. He is survived by his Daughter & Son-In-Law Louise & JImmy Sanderson, Cerulean, KY, Grandchildren Randy Sanderson, Murray, KY and Lea Anne & Steven Lawrence, Bloomington, IN, Great Grandchildren David Lawrence, Kelsey Lawrence and Alex Lawrence, Brother-In -Law Ed Terrell, Valley Station, KY. He was preceded in death by his Parents Loyd Shirley & Velma Ree Lancaster Braboy, Wife Grace Annalene Terrell Braboy and a Son Arlie Braboy. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM Saturday, July 30, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 31, 2011 with the Reverend Paxton Redd officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Hopkinsville, KY.
