Heather Janell Borders, age 40, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Borders was CNA at Western State Nursing Facility and a member of Eastview Baptist Church. She is survied by her Husband John Borders, Hopkinsville, KY, Mother and Stepfather Shirley Simmons & Billy Ezell, Cadiz, KY, Son Derek Borders, Daughters Cheyenne Borders & Amber Borders, all of Hopkinsville, KY, Brother Kevin Simmons, Hopkinsville, KY, Sister Holly Morrow, Antioch, TN, Stepbrother Jackie W. Ezell, Goodlettsville, TN. She was preceded in death by her Father Michael Charles Woeckener and Brother Bobbie Jay Coghill. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Friday, November 4, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 5, 2011 with the Reverend Christopher Paige and Reverend Don Hunt officiating.
