Hazel Fowler, age 95, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2011, at Princeton Health and Rehab Center in Princeton, KY. Mrs. Fowler was a Homemaker and a member of Cadiz Baptist Church. She is survied by her Son & Daughter In Law James & Barbara Fowler, Lake St. Louis , MO, Daughters & Son In Law Doris Jean Sizemore, Cadiz, KY, Norma & Wayne Allen, Cadiz, KY, Grace Dary, Kenosha, WI, Grandchildren Dathy Allen, Sarah Sieg, Amanda Grace, Adam Dary & Christopher Dary, Great Grandchildren Matthew Blakeley, Jr & Mary Hargrove. She was preceded in death by her Parents Thomas W. & Beulah Ethel Cox, Husband Hayden Fowler, Brothers Haden Cox, Curlin Cox & Morris Cox, Sisters Imogene Walters & Ester Mae Jones. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211. Graveside servicew will be at East End Cemetery at 3:00 PM Saturday, December 17, 2011 with the Reverend Billy Hart officiating. Burial will follow at East End Cemetery in Cadiz, KY.
