Floy May Watkins Oliver, age 85, of Cadiz, Ky., died Friday, June 18, 2010, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Ky. She was a member of Hurricane Baptist Church, had worked as a private sitter and had taught Sunday School at Bible Baptist Church in Cadiz, KY. She is survived by her Two Daughters, Rita Herndon of Cadiz, Ky. and Nita (Oliver) Boyd of Cadiz, Ky. Two Sons, Billy Joe Watkins of Pembroke, Ky. and Jerry Raymond Watkins of Crofton, Ky. Two Sisters, Nita Jane Nanny of Detroit, Mich. and Elta B. Heater of Alabama. Eighteen grandchildren, Thirty Five great-grandchildren and Nine great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in Death by: Father-Rumage Fulks, Mother-Rosie Effie Banister, 1st Husband-James Lucian Watkins, 2nd Husband-James Marvin "Moody" Oliver, Three Sons- Larry Watkins, Marvin Gayle Oliver and Donnie Oliver, One Brother-George Fulks and Three Grandchildren-Ricky Finley, Nicky Harris and Jaime Harris. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050, Cadiz, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday, June 20, 2010. Funeral service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc. at 2:00 PM Monday, June 21, 2010, Rev. Tommy Choate officiating. Interment will be at East End Cemetery in Cadiz, Ky.
