Mr. Douglas E. Centers, age 76, of Murray, Ky., died Friday, May 28, 2010, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky. He was retired from the United Auto Workers and former owner/operator of Centers Bait and Tackle Shop in Calloway Co., KY. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of UAW Union. He is survived by his One Daughter & Son-In-Law, Susie & John Keenan of Murray, Ky., Two Sons, Thomas Centers of Murray, Ky. and Douglas Centers, Jr. of Rockwood, Mich. One Sister, Sally Perez of Westland, Mich. and Three grandchildren- Blake Centers, Jillian Centers & Alexander Brillhart. He was preceded in Death by: Father-Ben Centers, Mother-Susie Ann (Huff) Centers, Five Brothers-Bill Centers, Marvin Centers, Jay Centers, Tom Centers and Dave Centers, Three Sisters-Sudie Lorene Centers, Anna Gammon and Marjorie McIntosh. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050, Cadiz, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Monday, May 31, 2010. Funeral service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home of Cadiz, KY at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 1, 2010 . Interment will be at East End Cemetery in Cadiz, Ky.
