Doris Kaye Cunningham Birdsong, age 57, of Princeton, KY, died Wednesday, December 01, 2010, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. Mrs. Birdsong was a homemaker and a member of Highland Baptist Church in Princeton, KY. She was survied by: Daughter and Son-In-Law - Angelia & Donald Lax, Paris, TN, Two Brothers - Douglas "Red" Cunningham, Cadiz, KY and Morris Cunningham, Central City, KY, Two Sisters - Lillie Mae Parker, Cadiz, KY and Dora Elizabeth Parker, Princeton, KY, and Two Grandchildren- Autumn and Nikki Lax. She was preceded in death by: Father - Sammie Lee Cunningham, Mother - Mary Frances Cunningham, Two Sisters- Patricia Louise Heflin and Gertrude McGough. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive frends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, December 03, 2010. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 04, 2010 with the Reverend Rev. Mike Wimberly officiating. Burial will follow at Cunningham Cemetery in Cadiz, KY
