Donalld K. Fields, age 56, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011, at his residence in Cadiz, KY. Mr. Fields was of the Catholic faith. He was a retired factory worker and member of the Eagles in Morganfield, KY. He is survived by Brothers Johnny Fields and Gehrig Fields, Sr., both of Louisville, KY, Sistes Gerogel F. Fields, Louisville, KY, Marjorieh L. Fields, Louisville, KY, Nancy French, Union County, KY, Anita Smith, Louisville, KY and Alesia Fields, Louisville, KY. He was preceded in death by his Parents Howard J. & Rubye Mitchell Fields. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY. A funeral mass will be held at Blessed Theresa of Calcutta, Louisville, KY at 6:00 PM Wednesday, December 7, 2011.
