Brenda Lee Edmonson Sears, age 47, of Lexington, KY, passed away Saturday, October 08, 2011, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. Mrs. Sears had worked in child care and was of the Baptist faith. She was survived by: Mother - Brenda Mart, Cadiz, KY, Husband - Stanley Sears, Lexington, KY, Step mother - Louise Parker, Cadiz, KY, Four Sisters - Nancy Ann Cmela, Cadiz, KY, Terri Lynn Blakeley, Cadiz, KY, Lisa Ann Carter, Lexington, KY & Penny Smith, Cadiz, KY, Two Step Sons - Jeff Sears, Lexington, KY & Mike Curtsinger, Lexington, KY, Close Friend - Bobby Fields, Lexington, KY, One Grand Child - Natalie Rader & Numerous Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by: Father - Claude Wilson Edmonson & One Sister - Mandy Pearl Drennan. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM onTuesday, October 11, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 12, 2011 with the Reverend Mark Choate officiating. Burial will follow at East End Cemetery in Cadiz, KY.
