Mr. Bill Clayton Francis, age 77, of Cadiz, Ky., died Saturday, June 19, 2010, at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz, Ky. He was retired as superintendent of the Hancock and Rowan Counties school systems, was the owner and operator of the Cadiz Speedway Gas Co. and Cadz-Trigg Recreational restaurant. He was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Henderson, KY, Cadiz Masonic Lodge No. 121, Rizpah Shrine Temple, KY Retired Teacher's Association and was US Army veteran. He is survived by his wife Sara (Neville) Francis of Cadiz, KY; One Daughter and Son-In-Law, Donna Ann and David Abell Constantine of Centennial, Colo.; One Sister, Betty F. Nicholson of Hermitage, Tenn. and One Brother, Carl Ray Francis of Henderson, Ky. Two grandchildren- Jennifer Elizabeth Constantine and Joseph William Constantine. He was preceded in Death by: Father-Clarence Averitt Francis, Mother-Berta (Thomas) Francis, Two Brothers-Robert Francis and Clarence Francis and One Sister-Donna Moore. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050, Cadiz, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 21, 2010. Funeral service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home of Cadiz, KY at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 22, 2010 , Reverend Irvin Darnall officiating. Interment will be at Trigg Memory Acres in Cadiz, Ky.
