Artie "Butch" Benton, Jr., age 56, of Oak Grove, KY, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at his residence in Oak Grove, KY. Mr. Artie "Butch" Benton, Jr. was of the Baptist faith. He was a commercial fisherman. He was survied by: Nine Surviving Survivors include his Son Joseph A. Benton, Beverly Hills, FL, Two Daughters Tara Abigail Benton, St. Louis, MO and Lacy Chantell Fortuna-Benton, Little River, SC, Three Brothers Donald Ray Benton, Winterhaven, FL, Berry Allen Benton, Davie, FL and Terry Duval Benton, N. Miami, FL, Three Sisters Carolyn Sue Legare, Oak Grove, KY, Melody Yvonne Garcia, Winterhaven, FL and Lisa Gail Benton, Winterhaven, FL. He was preceded in death by his Father Artie Alexander Benton, Sr. and Mother Mary Magdeline Clewis Benton. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O.
