Albert "Booger" Kennedy, age 82, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz, KY. Mr. Kennedy was member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church. He was a US Navy Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict. Mr. Kennedy was a retired from TVA where he worked as a pipe fitter. He was a lifetime member of the VFW, Plumber & Pipe Fitters Local #572. He is survied by his Wife Ava Hutchison Kennedy, Cadiz, KY, Daughters & Son-In-Law Lisa & Robin Roberts, Cadiz, KY & Cherie Sherrill, Crofton, KY, Sons Stewart Kennedy, Hopkinsville, KY & Stanley Kennedy, Jacksonville, FL, Brother Buddy Kennedy, Grand Rivers, KY, Sisters Marie Francis, Cadiz, KY, Mary Smalley, Paducah, KY, Velva Yeomans, Paducah, KY, Norma Cotton, Lamasco, KY, Faye Fox, Cadiz, KY, Five Grandchildren & Four Great Grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his Parents John A. & Harvey Amos Mitchell Kennedy, Sons Doug Kennedy & Leroy Kennedy, Brother Raymond Kennedy. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 28, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 29, 2011 with the Reverend Bob McIntosh & Reverend Roy Fields officiating. Burial will follow at Caldwell Blue Spring Cemetery in Caldwell County, KY with Military Honors.
